Payment and Booking

• Payment is due at the time of booking or on presentation of an invoice, depending on your organisation’s arrangements.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment or invoice acceptance has been completed.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop date.
• Refunds are not available; however, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another available date.

Parking and Arrival

• There is no parking available at the Care College.
• The nearest public parking includes Minden Place and other central car parks within walking distance.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop to settle in and begin on time.

Attendance and Certification

• Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to receive a Certificate of Completion, in line with CPD requirements.
• Workshops run for the full duration advertised. Leaving early may mean missing essential learning and evaluation components.

• Full participation ensures you receive the practical skills, scenario-based insights, and reflective learning intended.
