Services covered
- Dementia and communication care training, scenario‑based workshops, consultancy, and RQF assessment support (where agreed with partners).
Bookings & payment
- Bookings confirmed upon agreement of date and fee
- Standard payment terms: Payment due on invoice presentation before attending the workshop
- Invoices issued before delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations
- No charge with 48 hours’ notice
- Within 48 hours: may incur 50% fee
- Rescheduling offered where possible.
Use of materials
- All ScenarioReal materials (scenarios, scripts, kits, worksheets) remain ScenarioReal’s intellectual property
- Not permitted: copying, distributing, rebranding, or recording sessions without consent
- Internal organisational use allowed only for the agreed purpose.
Professional boundaries & liability
- Training is educational, not medical or legal advice
- ScenarioReal is not liable for decisions made by participants or organisations based on training content
- Liability limited to the cost of the service provided
- Sessions may be paused if emotional or safety concerns arise.
Confidentiality
- Information shared during sessions is treated confidentially
- Disclosures may be shared only when required by safeguarding or law
- Participants are expected to respect each other’s confidentiality.
